County Prosecutor:
TERMS OF OFFICE: Four years, with no restriction of successive terms.

DUTIES:

• Represents the state of Indiana and prosecutes violators of state statutes in vinous courts having criminal jurisdiction

SALARY: If serving full-time, the prosecuting attorney is paid an annual base salary of $85,000. If serving only part-time, the salary is equal to 60 percent of the base salary.. The armual minimum salary paid by the state to a full-time prosecuting attorney is equal to the minimm salary of the circuit court judge of the same judicial circuit as the prosecuting attorney.
